Working Dog Resumes is based in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. We work with clients across NY state, the United States and internationally. The beauty of technology makes it all happen!
Ordering is a really straightforward process. Simply call us on (518) 419 5104, text that number or email joshua@workingdogresumes.com . You can also click the "Book Now!" button for the product/service you wish to order. We will then call and/or email you to confirm your order.
From there, we will send you a Welcome Email, which includes a checklist of all the information we require. The invoice is also attached to the Welcome Email.
To start, we require payment to be actioned, with the receipt reflecting payment to be forwarded to us. Once payment has been actioned and the requested information received, we can get started!
You can pay online via credit/debit card or via Paypal if you order your package via this website.
Alternatively, you can also pay via direct bank deposit as per the instructions on your invoice.
Each of our packages includes a standard turnaround of 5-8 business days, however we have priority upgrade options available if you require a speedier service. You can have your brand-new resume and/or cover letter as early as same business day, subject to availability. On occasions, we have also worked with clients who literally require turnaround within a few hours because they've just discovered a fantastic position they want to apply for. No deadline is too crazy for Working Dog!
We understand why some clients prefer face-to-face interactions with their resume writer and that's why we offer a consultation service in addition to our writing packages. The consultation serves as a method for our team to obtain the required information we need to create your documents. Consultations can be in person in Saratoga Springs or via online platforms including Teams, Zoom, Skype or Facetime. We work with you!
Alternatively, if you do not require a consultation but simply wish to speak with your resume writer, we are more than happy to accommodate an introduction video call at no additional charge.
If you have your information in a hardcopy format, you are welcome to visit our office to drop that information to us.
As part of your package, during the draft review phase, you can request as many changes as you require until you are happy!
Our team will provide your final documents in both Word and PDF formats.
We recommend using the PDF version of each of your files, to preserve file formatting.
The Word versions of the files we will send you can be edited. When you receive your final files from us, be sure to save them and treat them as your master files, e.g., 'Master Resume' or 'Master Cover Letter'.
From there, you can create copies of these files and make the changes you like. This definitely comes in handy if you wish to update your resume later down the track yourself.
